BOOKING TERMS
Last Updated: 30th July 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Marple Beer Festival ("the festival"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Organiser
Marple Beer Festival is organised by 1st Marple Scout Group. The festival is held to raise funds for charitable causes.
Ticket Availability
Advance tickets will be available to purchase online at http://www.marplebeerfestival.org.uk, subject to availability.
Advance tickets are available for Friday and Saturday sessions only. Sunday tickets are not available in advance and may only be purchased on the door, subject to venue capacity. The majority of tickets for all sessions will be available to purchase on the door throughout the festival, subject to capacity.
The organisers reserve the right to amend ticket availability without prior notice.
Advance Tickets
Advance tickets are valid for entry for the arrival time stated on the ticket only. The arrival time is not the duration of the festival session.
Ticket holders arriving outside of their allocated arrival time will be admitted where space is available. However, admission outside the stated arrival time cannot be guaranteed. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Entry may be delayed or refused if the festival has reached its safe licensed capacity. Where a customer that has arrived during their allocated arrival time cannot be admitted, a refund can be requested.
Advance tickets must be presented at the entrance either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
Each ticket contains a unique QR code which will be scanned on entry to verify its authenticity.
Edited, altered, duplicated, copied or otherwise fraudulent tickets will not be accepted and admission will be refused.
Ticket Prices
Standard admission is £7.50 per person whether purchased online in advance or on the door.
Visitors who wish to attend again during the festival may purchase a reduced-price admission ticket for £5.00, provided they present the current year's official Marple Beer Festival glass at entry.
The reduced re-admission price is available at any point during the festival, subject to venue capacity.
Leaving the festival site is deemed to end that admission. If a visitor leaves the festival and later wishes to return, a new admission ticket must be purchased at the applicable price. Free re-entry is not permitted.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse the reduced admission price where the festival glass presented is not an official glass from the current year's festival or the festival glass is damaged.
Replacement festival glasses are available for purchase at £2.50 for customers wearing an intact current year festival wristband.
Booking Fees
Tickets purchased online are subject to a 2.5% booking fee, which covers administration costs. This fee is charged in addition to the ticket price.

Marple Beer Festival is a strictly 18+ event. Tickets may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over. The festival operates a Challenge 25 policy at both the entrance and all bars.

If you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, including illness or a change in personal circumstances, tickets cannot be refunded. The 2.5% online booking fee is non-refundable, except where required by law.
